Will you deliver my pet from door-to-door?
Yes, we will collect your pet at your home and deliver him to your new home.
Can you manage my pet’s transit?
Yes. If the pet is in transit and does change to a different airline, then we will manage the transit. If he/she does NOT change airlines, then nothing has to be done.
How can I prepare my pet before the journey? What about Food and Water?
- Make sure your pet has had his bathroom break before the departure.
- Have some good playtime the night before departure, so that your pet will get a bit tired out.
- Don’t give your pet too much food or water just before departure. We recommend feeding your pet one last time the night before departure, if that is not possible, then please do not feed him less than 4 hours before your goodbye. Important to mention that water will always be available for your pet during his/her journey.
- Familiarize your pet with their carrier. Start at least one week before departure with some positive interaction between your pet and the carrier.
- If your pet has any favorite toys, bring them with him/her.
- Communicate to us if there are any special needs i.e.: medical condition or behavior.
- If there is anything else that our team can do to make your furry friend feel comfortable during the ride, please let us know.

What documents are required?
Your pet’s passport and a copy of your passport.
Which type of crates do exist?
There are small, big, plastic, wooden boxes. It doesn’t matter which one you choose, the most important is that it meets IATA standards. Otherwise it might not be accepted by the airline.
How do I choose the right crate for my pet?
We do that for you, it’s important it meets IATA standards. Otherwise it might not be accepted by the airline.
How do I measure my pet correctly for the crate?
- Length: from top of the nose to base of the tail (tail itself excluded)
- Width: when your dog is standing measure the widest part of his body when looking down on his/hers body
- Height Standing: from the ground to the highest point at the top of the head.
- Height Sitting upright: from the ground to the highest point at the top of the head.
- Length of front leg: from the ground to the top of the leg.
Will my pet get cold or hot during the transport or flight?
No, the vehicles are fully climate controlled. At the airport the crew follows special procedures to ensure the animals are safe from the heat. At arrival destination the staff also makes sure the pets are off-loaded first and brought to special.
Should I give my pet some sedative medication before departure?
No. As in the aircraft the air pressure can differ from normal circumstances, it can cause physiological distress to your furry friend.
Does my pet need to have a microchip?
Yes, absolutely.
Can you help with the transit of my pet through the UAE?
Yes. If your pet is not changing airlines through the transit, then nothing has to be done. However, if your the pet is flying out on another airline than he flown in, then you need an ”OK-to-Transit” permit from the UAE's Ministry of Climate Change & Environment (MOCCAE)

Do I need to register my pet at the Dubai Municipality?
Yes, if you are planning to stay in Dubai. If you want to get vaccinated in Dubai, you are obliged by the law to register in the Dubai Municipality.
