All rides come with a free cancellation policy for up to 30 minutes before the pick-up time. We therefore recommend you to book as much as possible in advance to guarantee availability.

45 minutes waiting time is included in a Two-way journey. An extra 25 AED will be charged for every additional 15 minutes exceeding it.
An extra 100 AED will be charged for night time journeys. This does not apply for journeys who have a dedicated day & night rate such as airport rates.
An extra 25 AED will be charged for door-to-door service in order to cover additional time related challenges with parking and building security. For Airport Transfers this is already included and will not come at an extra cost.

Can I accompany my pet during the Furry Taxi ride?
Of course, everyone is welcome. Our Furry Taxis are spacious and luxurious so you can join your furry friend during the ride.
Are there any specific requirements or documents needed for using Furry Taxi?
Yes, you will need to provide a copy of your pet's vaccinations and health records.
How do I ensure the safety of my pet during transportation?
We prioritise the safety and well-being of your pet. We train our pet handlers to understand how to handle pets during the ride. Additionally, the vehicles are equipped with secure crates or carriers and belts, ensuring that your pet remains safe and comfortable throughout the journey. If your pet is accustomed to using a harness or their own carrier, we are more than willing to accommodate that preference. Your pet can also sit on a passenger designated seat if you desire. For any other animals (reptile or fish), we ask to provide your own carrier.
Is Furry Taxi equipped to handle different types of pets?
Yes, pet taxis are equipped to handle a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, small mammals, and even reptiles. All pets are welcome.
Is the pet taxi available for both short and long-distance journeys?
Yes, our pet taxi services in Dubai can cater to both short and long-distance journeys. Whether you need to transport your pet locally within Dubai or to another emirate in the UAE, we will accommodate your needs.
Can you pick up my pet without me?
Yes. We can deliver door-to-door services without your presence.
Do I need to book in advance?
This depends on the availability and location of the cars. However, make sure you book in advance if you need any preferred time to be available.
How can I contact my driver?
Our driver will be in touch with you directly once he's close or arrived at your pick-up location.
How can I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed, a payment link will be sent to you. Any additional charges during or after the ride, will be charged accordingly.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel the ride free of charge 30 minutes before the booking.
How can I prepare myself for the trip?
- Make sure your pet has had his bathroom break before the ride.
- Don’t give your pet too much food just before departure.
- Familiarise your pet with their carrier if they are traveling in any.
- If your pet has any favourite toys, bring them with him/her.
- Communicate to us if there are any special needs e.g.: medical condition or behaviour.
